Terri R. Dunn, M.D.
Dr. Terri Dunn is a native of California. A board-certified Dermatologist, she received her medical degree from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA). Dr. Dunn completed an internship in internal medicine at Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles, and did her residency in Dermatology at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland. Dr. Dunn also did specialty training in Nairobi, Kenya.
Offering dermatology services to adults and children of all skin types, Dr. Dunn specializes in skin cancer, rashes, skin discoloration, hair loss, acne, and nail disorders. She also specializes in cosmetic dermatology including Botox treatments, facial wrinkle fillers, laser treatments, chemical peels, facial redness, brown spot removal, and individualized skin care systems. Dr. Dunn has published textbook and journal articles in the field of dermatology and delivers talks to professional medical conferences and organizations. She is actively engaged in community education via numerous media engagements.
Dr. Dunn is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the Women's Dermatological Association, the California Dermatology Association, the Alameda-Contra Costa Medical Association, the National Medical Association, and the Sinkler-Miller Medical Association. She has served on several boards including the YWCA, Jack and Jill of America, Inc., and the Sinkler-Miller Medical Association.

Miriam Ferreira
Ms. Ferreira is a board certified Physician Assistant. Her expertise includes working with patients who have both general and cosmetic concerns. Ms. Ferreira welcomes both adult and pediatric patients. Her mission is to deliver superior dermatological care for her patients. Ms. Ferreira brings with her 12 years of experience in the field of general and cosmetic dermatology. She performs comprehensive skin examinations and treats various general dermatologic conditions including dermatitis, eczema, psoriasis, acne, rosacea, skin cancers, warts. Ms. Ferreira also performs minor surgical procedures including biopsies, electrodessication and curettage, extractions and small excisions. Her cosmetic practice involves anti-aging programs, IPL, nonablative fractional resurfacing laser treatments and sclerotherapy.
Ms. Ferreira graduated from the Stanford School of Medicine Physician Assistant Program with high honors. She was born in Berlin, Germany. Ms. Ferreira attended Medical School at Humboldt University in Berlin and was awarded her medical degree in 1994. In addition, Ms. Ferreira holds a Master’s of Medical Science Degree from Saint Francis University, Pennsylvania. Before joining her husband in California, Ms. Ferreira worked as a resident physician in Dermatology and Allergy in Berlin and Northern Saxony.
Ms. Ferreira is a member of the American and California Academy of Physician Assistants as well as the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.
